Strategic Market Plan 

The duration is either 2 days or 3 days. The third day is for workshops on: analyzing "small" market data with Microsoft® Excel® Multiple Regression & Excel Solver®. (Refer to Q&A page). The R analytics ("big data") may be included in the future. 

Note: We don't need to take out our wallet/purse for the analytical programs. The Multiple Regression and Solver are within the Microsoft Office®. The R analytics is open-source. Check out its website: https://www.r-project.org

The module is beneficial to the following participants: 

Entrepreneurs who need information on the format and implementing a strategic market plan. 

Marketing directors, managers, and executives who need a different approach in writing a strategic market plan. 

The module is based on a plan that focuses predominantly on consumer needs and wants. 

Notes: 
Market Plan emphasizes on consumer needs, wants, and the social media. Results: lower expenditures: higher profit margins. 
Marketing Plan focuses on the mass media and the 4Ps. Results: higher expenditures: lower profit margins.
